You will drive continuity from solution design to delivery, oversee service transition activities, and apply AI and automation to improve outcomes while delivering measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in ITSM and service operations within complex managed services.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical operating models.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and service management processes.
• Experience leading large-scale service transitions and establishment activities.
• Understanding of AI/automation applied to service management outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Shape a credible service management model across ITSM, service operations, governance and delivery.
• Identify improvements to traditional service delivery, including AI/automation opportunities.
• Design operating models and governance frameworks for complex environments.
• Lead service establishment activities and support low-risk transitions after contract award.
