Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Service Operations Lead to drive the strategic direction, health and continual improvement of multiple ICT services across their lifecycle. You will ensure alignment with customer requirements, commercial objectives, and industry best practices while delivering measurable business value.

In this role you will collaborate with Service Management, Chief Technology, Solution Architecture and Service & Technology Operations teams to shape and sustain Leidos’

Qualifications

Experience in ICT service delivery management within complex enterprise environments.
Strong ITIL-based practices knowledge including incident, problem, change, release and continual service improvement.
Proven ability to develop strategies, roadmaps and executive reporting while managing risks.

Responsibilities

Act as process owner and customer advocate across the service lifecycle.
Develop and maintain service strategies, roadmaps, governance and improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on service performance, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Lead service assurance, change enablement and adoption of new capabilities.
