Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Level 1/2 Service Desk Officer in Perth’s Western suburbs to join a friendly, collaborative IT team.

You will provide first‑level support, troubleshoot IT queries and document requests, while prioritising tasks to meet SLAs and contribute to a supportive customer‑centric environment. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure AD, with exposure to Windows AD and security permissions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar level 1/2 service desk role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows AD.
• Excellent communication and professional phone manners.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities
