Job summary

Professional Search Group in Perth's Western suburbs is assisting a growing tech-enabled firm to hire a Level 1/2 Service Desk Officer to join their team.

You'll provide first-level IT support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, document requests, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve problems while ensuring SLAs are met. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused IT support experience and a passion for helping others.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows AD.
• Ability to meet SLAs and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow into senior roles.
