Job summary

Baltic Group in Queensland's Bowen Basin is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to manage labour hire and maintenance services, coordinating our workforce across 25 sites to support clients and field teams.

You’ll plan demand, allocate resources, and maintain clear communication with clients, supervisors and the internal team to ensure safety, efficiency and high standards, in a 5/2, office-based role.

Qualifications

• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong safety focus and communication skills.
• Previous mining experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role advantageous.
• Current Driver's License.
• Current Coal Board Medical.
• Current Standard 11.
• Current Site Inductions (highly desirable).

With our crews operating across 25 sites throughout the Bowen Basin, we're looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to help manage and coordinate the delivery of our labour hire and maintenance services, while supporting our clients and field teams across the region.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating our workforce and service requirements to ensure clients have the people and support they need, when they need it. The role involves planning upcoming demand, coordinating resources and working closely with clients, supervisors and our internal team to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role is suited to someone who is organised, proactive and confident working with both clients and field teams. You'll need to be able to manage changing priorities, plan ahead and maintain clear communication to keep operations running smoothly.
