Job summary

Baltic Group is seeking an experienced Site Service Supervisor to lead and support our crews across Queensland mining sites. You will coordinate people and equipment, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role offers a casual/ongoing workflow with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including a company ute, fuel card and laptop. Immediate starts available for the right candidate who shares our values of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience essential.
• Current site supervisor pass outs (highly desirable).
• S1,S2,S3 and G2 tickets (highly desirable).
• Trade Certificate (Fitter/Boilermaker) required.
• Current Driver's License (required).
• Current Coal Board Medical (required).
• Current Standard 11 (required).
• Site Inductions (highly desirable).
• Gas Test Atmosphere (highly desirable).
• Working at Heights (highly desirable).
• Confined Space (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting site crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinating daily work activities and resources.
• Ensuring safety, quality and site requirements are followed.
• Liaising with clients and site representatives.
• Monitoring work progress and productivity.
• Conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings.
• Managing site issues and escalating concerns when required.
• Completing basic site records, timesheets and reports.
• Supporting the successful delivery of shutdowns and projects.

Site Service Supervisor - Company Ute + Immediate Starts

We're growing across Queensland mining operations, with our teams working across 25 sites throughout the Bowen Basin. We're looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead and support our Baltic Group Crew across these operations.

This role is suited to someone who knows the industry, can coordinate people and equipment effectively, and takes pride in delivering safe, reliable and high-quality work.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our technicians, maintaining strong client relationships, driving safety and productivity, and making sure our field operations run smoothly. We value practical leadership, accountability and mateship—and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.
