About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a trade or mining professional looking to transition into an operational leadership role.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Monday to Friday | 6am – 4pm | Hamilton-based

• Lead, coordinate and support a team of Mechanical Tradespeople across NSW

• Manage labour requirements and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and key stakeholders

• Drive team performance, engagement and accountability

• Recognise achievements and create a positive team culture

• Support recruitment, including interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding

• Travel regularly to sites to engage with clients and employees and conduct performance and safety checks

• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen your client portfolio

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• A Mechanical Trade Qualification – highly regarded

• Experience in operations, coordination or leadership within the Mining or Heavy Industry space

• A strong background in Mobile or Fixed Plant Maintenance

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• A genuine drive to build a successful team and grow the business
