Dalby Automotive is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to join the aftersales team in Dalby. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring professional, efficient service from booking through to vehicle collection and accurate records.

You will use dealership software, communicate clearly with customers and technicians, and deliver an exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s licence and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, administration, or automotive role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership software (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings.
• Documenting vehicle concerns and communicating workshop progress.
• Preparing quotes and explaining repairs and maintenance.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and collections.
• Processing service invoices and payments.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
