Job summary

Scenic Motors is seeking an experienced service advisor to join our dealership team in Beaudesert, Queensland. You will provide an outstanding customer experience, greet guests at the service department, and coordinate delivery times with customers while keeping them informed about servicing progress.

You will liaise with the workshop to ensure jobs are completed on time, obtain accurate pricing, and prepare invoices.

Qualifications

• Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service.
• Team player with can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Good computer literacy with experience using CRM systems.
• Current Drivers License

Responsibilities

• Providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Greeting guests on arrival at the dealership's service department.
• Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
• Keeping customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle.
• Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time.
• Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices.
• Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
