Job summary

Black Toyota Miles is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service department in the Western Downs region. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, guiding them from booking through to vehicle collection.

You will greet customers, discuss servicing needs, schedule bookings, prepare estimates, explain repairs, liaise with technicians and keep customers informed of progress.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service or automotive administration role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple priorities.
• A professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
• A current and valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss their servicing requirements.
• Schedule service bookings and coordinate workshop workflow.
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise with technicians to keep customers informed of vehicle progress.
• Process invoices and handle customer payments.
• Identify additional service opportunities that benefit the customer.
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
