Autosports Group Limited via Volvo Cars Adelaide is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This customer-facing role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, premium aftersales experience, connecting customers with the workshop and technicians.

You will blend exceptional service with strong organisation, manage service estimates, keep customers updated, and identify upsell opportunities within manufacturer guidelines while maintaining accurate records in the DMS.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership (prestige brand preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for premium brands.
• Intermediate computer skills; experience with DMS systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for service customers from booking to handover.
• Build relationships by delivering personalised premium service.
• Interpret customer concerns and communicate repairs to technicians.
• Prepare and explain service estimates, invoices and recommendations.
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians and parts.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and approvals.
• Identify upsell opportunities within manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with dealer processes and warranties.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the DMS.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Workshop teams to exceed expectations.
