The Role

• Accurately identifying client service or repair needs and managing expectations.
• Translating technical workshop diagnostics into clear, transparent solutions for customers.
• Maximizing revenue through professional upselling of scheduled maintenance and parts.
• Utilizing Titan DMS to build job cards, manage repair orders, and process invoices.
• Managing proactive customer communication regarding vehicle progress and pricing updates.
• Ensuring peak client retention—no customer leaves without a resolution or a future booking.

About You.

This is a senior position requiring an industry professional who takes complete ownership of the service desk.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: 3+ years as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership (essential).
• Software Skills: Daily working experience with Titan DMS (Preferred).
• Communication: Elite verbal and written communication with a polished, professional presentation.
• Results-Driven: Proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Licensing: Current, valid Australian Driver’s License.
