Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand vehicle service requirements and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the service team to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders and vehicle histories.
• Provide customers with updates on vehicle status and additional work required.
• Assist with booking and scheduling service appointments to maximise workshop efficiency.
