What You’ll Be Doing

As an Aftersales Service Advisor, you will be the key connection between our customers and the service workshop.
Your role is to ensure every BYD owner receives exceptional support and a premium aftersales experience — from service booking and repair coordination to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and empathy throughout their service journey
• Manage daily service bookings, repair orders, and workshop scheduling
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, costs, and repair timelines
• Liaise with technicians, parts, and logistics teams to ensure efficient job progress
• Coordinate warranty and service campaign claims in line with manufacturer standards
• Update customer and vehicle data in the system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates during the service process
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Support service reporting, invoicing, and KPI tracking for management review
