Job summary

Johnson’s Trucks Mildura is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll greet customers, check vehicles into the workshop, answer inquiries, manage emails and bookings, and provide updates on vehicle status.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You don’t need truck industry experience. We’ll teach you the technical side. What we’re looking for is someone with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their experience with Johnson’s Trucks is second to none.
