Job summary

Wideland Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Toowoomba to be the friendly link between customers and our workshop for Claas and JCB machinery.

Join a busy Toowoomba team and contribute to smooth scheduling, invoicing support, and end-to-end job follow-through in a growing regional dealership network.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or office administration experience.
• Dealership or service advisor experience is a plus.
• A positive, team-first approach.
• A sharp eye for detail and the drive to see things through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Being the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers – from drop-off to pick-up.
• Booking in jobs and keeping the workshop schedule running smoothly.
• Supporting the branch departments with administration and invoicing.
• Following every job through to completion so nothing slips through the cracks.

What you’ll bring

• Proven customer service and/or office administration skills
• Dealership or service advisor experience – a big plus, but the right skills and attitude count just as much
• A positive, friendly, team‑first approach
• A sharp eye for detail and the drive to see things through
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office
