AECOM Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead drainage and flood modelling across major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering robust hydraulic designs, stormwater management plans, and practical solutions in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5–15+ years of experience, proficiency with Civil3D / 12D / TUFLOW, and ability to mentor others while liaising with clients and regulators.

Formación

• Proven Drainage/Flood Modelling experience (5–15+ years).
• Experience planning hydraulic assessment and design of stormwater networks or hydrologic modelling.
• Strong design delivery and mentoring skills across multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficient in hydraulic modelling tools (e.g., Civil3D, 12D, TUFLOW, URBS/XP-Rafts).
• Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders and contribute to winning work.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver drainage designs, stormwater management plans, and hydraulic assessments for major projects.
• Lead technical guidance and quality assurance within project teams.
• Engage with clients, regulators and stakeholders to provide trusted advice.
• Ensure alignment with Australian standards and evolving best practices.
