Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Melbourne is seeking a Head of Ticketing to lead our Ticketing Operations across tours, manage delivery, inventory, pricing and data-driven decisions, and mentor a team of Ticketing Managers and Coordinators.

You’ll collaborate with senior promoters, venues and internal teams to ensure on-sale excellence, scalable processes and high-quality event delivery, while driving commercial uplift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Ticketing Managers and Coordinators.
• Balance workloads and plan resources across tours and events.
• Oversee event builds, inventory, onsale readiness and QA.
• Own end-to-end ticketing for allocated tours.
• Monitor sales and inventory to maximise availability and revenue.
• Deliver reporting and settlement documentation for decisions.
• Build relationships with ticketing agencies, venues and promoters.
• Partner with Production, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance for integrated outcomes.
