Job description

As Head of Ticketing, you will own ticketing end to end across Untitled Group: strategy, revenue, commercial governance and infrastructure across national and international touring, venues, music festivals and greenfield events.

Reporting to a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the ticketing function as a core revenue engine of the business, with a focus on disciplined forecasting, pricing integrity, platform performance, risk management and scalable systems.

You will lead and develop our Ticketing team, empowering them to own day-to-day delivery while you focus on strategy, commercial outcomes and escalation by exception.

This is a role for someone who blends deep technical ticketing expertise with strong commercial judgement: the platform and operational knowledge to run ticketing well, and the instinct to grow revenue and work alongside partners and senior stakeholders across the business.

About you

As our Head of Ticketing at Untitled Group, you know ticketing is more than on-sales. It's a revenue engine, and you know how to run it, grow it and build a team that owns it.

You live and breathe live events. You've got deep ticketing experience across the full spectrum, from stadium-level tours and traditional venues through to greenfield music festivals, and the commercial instinct to lift revenue, yield and margin.

You're a confident leader who builds capable, accountable teams. You coach, delegate with intent and give your team ownership of delivery, so you can stay focused on strategy and the calls that matter.

You're data led and commercially disciplined. You can turn sales data into pricing and release strategy, back your recommendations with the numbers, and hold your own with senior stakeholders, partners and promoters.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE
  • 8+ years in senior ticketing or live event commercial roles, across stadium-level tours, traditional venues and greenfield music festivals
  • Proven people leadership, building capable, accountable teams through coaching and clear delegation
  • A deep understanding of ticketing systems, access control and onsite integration
  • Hands-on experience with touring and venue settlements
  • Strong commercial negotiation and governance capability
  • The ability to interpret data and translate it into revenue strategy
  • Established relationships across the Australian ticketing ecosystem
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, with a track record of using them to improve team workflows
  • Sound judgement in live environments, and flexibility for out-of-hours work, weekends and travel around live events and key on-sales
