Job summary

Untitled Group is seeking a Head of Ticketing to own ticketing end-to-end across national and international touring, venues, festivals and greenfield events. You will lead the ticketing function as a core revenue engine, driving forecasting, pricing integrity and scalable systems while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires deep ticketing expertise, strong commercial judgment and ability to partner with senior stakeholders to lift revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• As Head of Ticketing you will fit strategy to revenue goals and build a scalable team.
• You will lead ticketing systems knowledge, pricing integrity and governance.
• Experience across tours, venues and festivals with commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Senior Ticketing Managers, Managers and Coordinators and delegate ownership.
• Set KPIs aligned to revenue and governance outcomes.
• Shape department structure and scalable capacity as the business grows.
• Own pricing architecture across festivals, touring, venues and greenfield events.
• Design release strategy, yield models and sales pacing.
• Lead ticketing for touring and venue shows; manage holds and settlements.
• Drive VIP, ancillary and resale strategy; provide revenue modelling and scenario analysis.
• Use competitive intelligence to inform pricing positioning.
