Job summary

Atlas NextWave in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned Southern Region Territory Manager to drive sales growth across Victoria and neighboring states. You will lead an established regional team specializing in data centre and critical infrastructure solutions, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on deal making.

You will build senior client relationships with end users, consultants and channel partners, manage pipelines and forecasts, and craft competitive technical proposals for large projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex technical or solutions-based sales.
• 7+ years leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of critical power or thermal management in data centres.
• Established relationships with end users, consultants, contractors or channel partners in Australia.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and major project opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach regional sales teams across power and thermal solutions.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Manage relationships with end users, consultants, contractors and channel partners.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in data centre and infrastructure sectors.
• Lead major customer engagements, technical proposals, negotiations and closures.
• Oversee pipelines, forecasting, budgets and performance against targets.
• Contribute to competitive technical and commercial proposals for complex projects.
