Job summary

Atlas NextWave in Melbourne is seeking a Southern Region Territory Manager to drive sales growth across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia. The role leads an established team focused on data centre and critical infrastructure solutions.

You will combine strategic sales leadership with hands-on business development, overseeing regional performance, building key customer relationships and pursuing new opportunities in data centre markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex technical or solutions-based sales.
• 7+ years leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of critical power and/or thermal management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional sales teams across power and thermal solutions.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Manage relationships with end users, consultants, contractors and channel partners.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across data centre and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Lead major customer engagements, proposals, negotiations and deal closures.
• Oversee regional sales pipelines, forecasting, budgets and performance against targets.
• Support development of competitive technical and commercial proposals.
