Job summary

Northern Star Resources is seeking a Senior Site Administrator to lead the site administration function at Thunderbox Operations in the Northern Goldfields. This permanent, full-time role operates on an 8/6 roster, FIFO in/out of Perth, and reports to the Commercial Manager.

You will oversee the administration team, drive high service standards, and contribute to successful operations. Bring 5+ years in a site administration role within mining or FIFO environments, experience with INX, Pronto

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a site administration role within mining, FIFO, or resources.
• Experience using INX, Pronto and SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence and computer literacy across MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site administration function and ensure efficient services across site.
• Oversee the administration team and drive high service standards.
• Complete invoices, purchase orders, end-of-month reporting, and liaise with leadership.
• Coordinate shutdown activities, accommodation management and flight bookings.
• Develop and implement systems, drive process improvements and cost controls.
