Job summary

Northern Star Resources is inviting applications for a Production Co-Ordinator at Thunderbox Operations. You will lead the processing department, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient operation of the plant on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO ex Perth.

This role requires experience across crushing, grinding, gravity, leaching and smelting; you will drive training, performance management and continuous improvement, with a focus on safety and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating crushing, grinding, gravity, leaching, elution, and smelting circuits.
• Experience leading a processing crew.
• Ability to manage training programs and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the processing operational team to safely and efficiently operate the plant.
• Roster management and coverage for 8 days on/6 days off FIFO.
• Identify improvement projects to meet department targets.
• Train staff and maintain the training matrix.
• Oversee SOPs and daily performance reporting.
