Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Site Administrator to join the Thunderbox Operations on an ongoing 8 & 6 FIFO roster out of Perth. This permanent full-time role reports to the Commercial Manager and focuses on leading the site admin function across the operation.

You will oversee the admin team, drive service standards, and support ongoing success through system improvements, supplier coordination, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Administration role within mining, resources, or FIFO environment.
• Experience using INX, Pronto, and SAP SuccessFactors (or similar systems).
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hold a current and valid C Class Driver's Licence.

• Lead, train, and develop direct reports with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Complete and manage invoices and purchase orders, end-of-month reporting.
• Coordinate shutdown activities and flight arrangements for FIFO roster.
• Manage INX Inflight and +Process systems (account management and requests).
• Build strong relationships with onsite administration teams and long-term contractors.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Site Administrator to join the site-based team at our Thunderbox Operations in the Northern Goldfields. This permanent and full-time opportunity will work an ongoing 8 & 6 roster, flying in / out of Perth.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in leading the site administration function and ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services across site. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership and operational skills while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and outcome-focused environment. You will oversee the site administration team, drive high service standards, and contribute to the ongoing success of the operation.

What you can look forward to:

• Develop and implement systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Manage daily village requirements, including maintenance requests and coordination with the maintenance team.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with onsite administration teams and long-term contractors.
• Manage INX Inflight and +Process systems, including account management and timely processing of requests for contractors.
• Lead, train, and develop direct reports with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Complete and manage invoices, purchase orders, end-of-month reporting and liaise with accountants and leadership teams.
• Coordinate shutdown activities, including INX processing, accommodation management and flight arrangements

Qualifications / Technical:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Administration role within a mining, resources, or FIFO environment.
• Demonstrated experience using INX, Pronto, and SAP SuccessFactors (or similar systems).
• Strong understanding of workforce management and site administration processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
• Advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Hold a current and valid C Class Driver's Licence.
