Northern Star Resources is seeking experienced Senior Mining Engineers to join the team at our Jundee and Thunderbox operations in Western Australia. Ideal for both seasoned engineers and those ready for a senior role, this position offers a FIFO roster from Perth, playing a key role in supporting production and planning activities within a leading gold producer.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and leading improvement projects to drive productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mining Engineering and leadership skills aligned with our STARR Core Values.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge in underground hard rock mining.
• Comprehensive practicality in production and mine planning.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to mining engineers.
• Develop functional work plans for the Mining Department.
• Review and approve production drilling plans.
