Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Production Co-Ordinator at Thunderbox Operations. The role leads the processing operational team to safely and efficiently operate the processing plant, with a preference for FIFO ex Perth and an 8 days on 6 days off rotation.

You’ll train staff, drive project improvements, and manage performance and training matrices to keep operations running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a processing/plant operations team.
• Ability to coordinate improvement projects to meet targets.
• Strong safety, training and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Train the Processing Department to run the plant efficiently and safely.
• Identify and coordinate improvement projects to meet targets.
• Manage processing staff performance through training and discipline.
• Oversee department roster to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Maintain training matrix and ensure required training is delivered.
• Manage basic metallurgical functions and daily performance reporting.
