Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Line Sales – ServiceNow (Senior Manager level) for Australia to build and grow ServiceNow-led sales across the market. You will own a strategic sales plan, work with pre-sales, delivery and marketing, and lead opportunities from pipeline to close in collaboration with account teams.

You will develop relationships with enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong forecast discipline while navigating a partner-led sales model.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in senior sales or client-facing roles, IT services/SaaS is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in solution- or platform-selling.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and partner landscape.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from pipeline to close.
• Established network within the Australian enterprise/mid-market ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or sales training certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and convert a qualified pipeline of ServiceNow opportunities across Australia.
• Develop and execute a structured sales plan aligned to APJ and company-wide objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery and platform SMEs to shape compelling value propositions.
• Work with Regional Business Development Director, account teams and marketing to identify white space and drive demand generation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow roadmap, partner ecosystem and competitor positioning.
• Lead commercial negotiations with legal and finance to close deals.
