Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant, a senior member of the Platform team, to support ServiceNow capabilities and instances under sustainment contracts. You will translate business needs into practical designs, govern platform standards, and drive improvements across governance, templates, and patterns.

You will mentor teammates, lead change initiatives, and collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with

Qualifications

• Highly skilled ITSM Specialist with ServiceNow Solution Architect, Developer, Technical Business Analyst, or System Administrator experience.
• Experience solving complex problems in customised ServiceNow environments using pragmatic, low-code and OOTB approaches.
• Able to work in proactive and agile environments with strong judgement and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow components, integrations, workflows, and automation solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations with cyber security compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Architects, Platform Teams, Support Teams, vendors, SMEs, stakeholders, and technical resources to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and workload coordination across the Platform Team.
• Develop operational reporting, identify process improvements, and ensure documentation and architectural deliverables.
