Tata Consultancy Services Australia – APAC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to oversee a portfolio of Staff Aug engagements in Sydney. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate resources, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure SOW compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading delivery teams, designing scalable ServiceNow workflows, conducting workshops, and guiding junior consultants toward quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting.
• Ownership of end-to-end delivery for Staff Aug engagements.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage resource booking and scheduling across engagements.
• Experience with invoicing queries and financial burn reporting.
• Knowledge of RIDAC logs and SOW milestone tracking.

Responsabilités

• Lead smaller projects and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving solution quality, innovation and customer value realization.
