Leidos Australia is seeking a senior ServiceNow Consultant to join the Platform Team, delivering high-value ServiceNow capabilities and governance across organisational objectives. You will translate business needs into practical designs, guiding best-practice ITSM and platform governance, while driving go-lives and user adoption.

The role requires ServiceNow certifications and strong delivery experience, with an Australian citizenship requirement and NV-1 security clearance; sponsorship to NV-2

Qualifications

ServiceNow certification and ongoing maintenance required.
Experience delivering ITSM solutions within complex environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow components and workflows.
Design secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring across the Platform Team.
Develop operational reporting and ensure documentation and compliance.
