Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects and programs across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary delivery lead.
• Collaborate with customers to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
• Plan delivery, allocate resources, forecast projects, and monitor budgets.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops.
• Monitor health, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Provide transparent progress updates and executive reporting.
• Drive delivery excellence through best practices and QA processes.
• Coordinate deployment, transition, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Support continuous improvement across processes and team performance.
