Job summary

Leidos Australia seeks a senior ServiceNow Consultant to join the Platform team, delivering governance, design and integration of ServiceNow solutions. You will translate business needs into practical architectures, support ITSM operations, and drive go-live adoption with a focus on security, cost optimisation and performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow administration, development and architecture expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and holds or pursues ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Requires Australian Citizenship and NV-1 security clearance.
• Experience with ITSM operations and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions including components, integrations, workflows, and persona-based designs.
• Contribute to organisational change management, training, and user enablement.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and integrations, aligning capabilities with business outcomes.
• Champion platform best practices for development, deployment, release, and Evergreen maintenance.
• Remediate customisations, support updates, and enable low/no-code maturity across teams.
• Lead and collaborate across teams to consolidate requirements, support automation, and ensure valuable solutions.
