Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead platform governance, drive a strategic roadmap, and mature the ServiceNow footprint across the enterprise.

You will address integration sprawl, remediating CMDB health, standardising forms, and migrating legacy customisations to out-of-the-box capabilities. This is a hybrid, onsite role based in Adelaide with strong stakeholder engagement across IT teams.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Solutions Architect background in complex enterprise or hybrid environments.
• HRSD modules architecture and deployment experience.
• CMDB remediation programs, CSDM adoption, IRE/IRR rules.
• Design robust integration landscapes across REST, SOAP, and OpenAPI.
• Refactor custom code back to native platform capabilities.
• CSA, CAD, CIS certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural strategy, standards, and roadmaps across ServiceNow.
• Enforce OOTB capabilities and review requests to reduce customization debt.
• Mentor technical resources and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Design and govern a unified integration architecture and register.
• Standardise integration patterns across core systems (Intune, AD, SAP, Azure DevOps).
• Lead CMDB remediation and align topology with the CSDM framework.
