Leidos Australia is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join the Platform Team in Canberra. You will lead improvements and remediation initiatives to maximize value from the ServiceNow investment, translating business requirements into practical designs and delivering end-to-end platform solutions.

The role involves governance, templates, and patterns to guide other teams, with hands-on leadership across the Platform Team to meet service levels and roadmap objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires strong ServiceNow expertise including design, development, and governance.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical platform solutions.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes, security, and governance best practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow components and workflows.
• Design secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with product architects and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the platform team.
