Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join the Platform team, delivering and governing ServiceNow capabilities across the organisation. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure designs and lead cross-functional collaboration with Architects, Support, and Vendors.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, governance, compliance, and ongoing platform improvements, with opportunities to influence roadmaps and adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• ITSM specialist with ServiceNow experience and relevant certifications.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical designs for ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to mentor teams and participate in governance and best-practice processes.
• Australian Citizen with NV-1 level security clearance (ability to uplift to NV-2) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow components, integrations, workflows, and automation solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations with cyber security and upgrade governance.
• Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to consolidate requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and workload coordination across the Platform Team.
• Develop operational reporting and analysis to support roadmaps and governance artifacts.
