Leidos Australia seeks a senior ServiceNow Consultant to support the ServiceNow Platform under sustainment contracts. You will translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions and provide governance and design patterns for teams delivering ServiceNow outcomes.

The role emphasizes ITSM governance, platform reliability, and continuous improvement, with a focus on successful go-lives and end-user adoption. Australian citizenship and NV-1 clearance are required.

Competenze

• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, administration and development.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder workshop skills.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions including workflows and integrations.
