Job summary

Leidos Australia seeks an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support platform capabilities within sustainment contracts. You will drive improvements, translate business requirements into practical solutions, and contribute to ITSM governance and platform operating model design.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, security compliance, and continuous delivery of scalable, low/no-code solutions with strong governance and design pattern emphasis.

Qualifications

• Experienced ITSM Specialist with ServiceNow expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.
• Willing to obtain/maintain ServiceNow certifications; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and workflows.
• Design and configure modules aligning with business outcomes and security.
• Champion best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and analysts.
• Coordinate platform operations, reporting, and vendor engagement.
