Job summary
Leidos Australia is seeking a senior ServiceNow Consultant to support platform capabilities and meet customer objectives under sustainment contracts. You will lead improvement and remediation initiatives to maximise value from the ServiceNow investment and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
The role provides governance, contributes to ITSM operations, and supports a platform operating model to improve go-live success and end-user adoption.
Qualifications
- Experienced ITSM specialist with ServiceNow roles such as architect, developer, analyst or administrator.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments and deliver end-to-end designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions including components, integrations, workflows, and user enablement.
- Design and configure modules and integrations to meet business outcomes while ensuring security and performance.
- Champion best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance; enable low/no-code maturity.
- Collaborate across teams to consolidate requirements and improve integration.
- Coordinate platform operations, scheduling, reporting, mentoring, and vendor engagement.
