Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions within IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Experience engaging technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions.
• Strong ability to present complex concepts through visual models, workflows, and wireframes.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery streams within large ServiceNow engagements across matrixed teams.
• Lead process re-engineering workshops and guide customers to maximize value of ServiceNow technologies.
• Architect scalable, best-practice solutions and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Configure and develop automation workflows aligning to ServiceNow standards.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to pre-sales scoping and estimation.
