Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Sydney is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with 5+ years of experience to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform. You will lead ITSM processes, configure workflows, and coordinate upgrades and integrations in a permanent, full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have strong scripting, governance awareness, and stakeholder-management abilities, working closely with ITSM, security, and support teams to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM modules.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, security controls, scripting, and workflow capabilities.
• Understanding of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and MID Server.
• Experience supporting platform upgrades, testing, release management, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage users, groups, roles, access control lists (ACLs), notifications, SLAs, forms, lists, workflows, and UI policies.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
• Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, clones, testing, release activities, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate timely resolution of incidents and defects.
• Monitor platform performance, scheduled jobs, integrations, and system health.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other approved mechanisms.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and platform governance controls.
• Collaborate with ITSM, infrastructure, application, security, and support teams.
