Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing delivery team. You will work with senior consultants, developers, and clients to design, configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM modules.

Role involves integrations, platform development, and collaboration on enterprise-scale transformation projects. Hybrid working flexibility across Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane is available.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM modules.
• Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub or MID Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Assist in preparation of solution design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications per best practices.
• Participate in requirements workshops and solution playback sessions.
• Support development and testing of integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, and SOAP.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and user guides.
• Contribute to process improvement and ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations to clients.
