Job summary

NTT DATA in Australia is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our delivery team. You will work closely with senior consultants, developers and clients to design, configure, implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM.

The role offers exposure to integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server, with hybrid working options across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of solution design documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications in accordance with platform best practices.
• Participate in requirements gathering workshops, design discussions, and solution playback sessions.
• Support the development and testing of integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, and SOAP services.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout delivery engagements.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, user guides, and technical artefacts.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations to clients where required.
