Job summary

Presbyterian Ladies' College Sydney seeks an exceptional Head of Learning Enrichment (Senior School) to lead our faculty and oversee the implementation of the College's Response to Intervention Framework across Years 7–12.

You will drive pedagogical excellence, differentiated learning, and targeted interventions to ensure every student with additional needs thrives, while collaborating with leadership, teachers, and specialist staff within a Christian school community.

Qualifications

• Formal teaching qualifications and post-graduate qualifications in Learning Support/Special Education.
• Current NESA registration.
• Experience leading learning support systems and teacher PD.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of Specialist Learning Enrichment teachers (Years 7-12).
• Lead the RTI Framework to provide differentiated classroom support and targeted plans.
• Manage Senior School academic support initiatives (STAR Cafe, ELLE Club, EALD).
• Ensure compliance with DDA and Disability Standards; coordinate exam provisions.
