Job summary

ELTHAM College, an independent co-educational school in Victoria, seeks a visionary Head of Learning Support (P–12) to lead inclusive learning across Prep to Year 12. Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with Victorian registration.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Special Education or Inclusive Education.
• Demonstrated leadership in learning support or inclusive education settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems for identifying, monitoring and supporting students requiring adjustments, intervention or extension.
• Lead the development and review of Individual Learning Plans.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Learning Support team.
• Build positive partnerships with families and external professionals.
• Lead the design and evaluation of intervention programs.
