Redeemer Lutheran College in Brisbane seeks an experienced Learning Enrichment Coordinator to lead inclusive practices across Years 7–12 and support a culture where every learner can access, participate and flourish. You will work with teachers, pastoral leaders, families and external specialists to embed inclusive education and evidence-based adjustments.

You’ll lead a dedicated team, coordinate interventions, EAL/D support, and NCCD processes, while championing belonging and high expectations

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading learning support, inclusion or student support programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inclusive education and educational adjustments.
• Strong understanding of NCCD, Disability Standards for Education and related compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff capability in inclusive practices.
• Commitment to creating environments where every student feels valued, respected and capable of success.
