Job summary

Broughton Anglican College in Menangle Park NSW seeks an experienced Learning Enhancement Coordinator (Junior School) to join the College in a permanent full-time role commencing Term 1, 2027. The role leads learning support, inclusive education and NCCD processes, collaborating with staff, families and external professionals.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, data-informed planning and a commitment to the College's Christian ethos, with NSW WWCC and NESA accreditation

Qualifications

• Experience in learning support, intervention strategies and inclusive education.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop staff.
• Ability to use student data to inform interventions and educational planning.
• Hold NSW Working with Children Check and NESA accreditation.
• Commitment to Christian ethos aligned with the College.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for learning support across the Junior School.
• Lead student support processes and oversee identification, monitoring and support of students with diverse learning needs.
• Coordinate intervention programs and individual learning and support plans.
• Support staff to implement appropriate adjustments and evidence-based strategies.
• Lead NCCD processes and ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Build staff capability through coaching, guidance and professional learning.
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, external agencies and specialists to support student learning and wellbeing.
