Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal teaching qualifications and post-graduate qualifications in Learning Support/Special Education.
• Experience with evidence-based adjustments and learning support systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and student welfare.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of Specialist Learning Enrichment teachers (Years 7-12) and faculty operations.
• Lead the RTI Framework to deliver differentiated classroom support, Tier 3 Individual Plans, and HSC minimum standards support.
• Manage Senior School academic support initiatives (e.g., STAR Cafe, ELLE Club, EALD programs).
• Ensure compliance with the Disability Standards for Education and related policy frameworks, contributing to NCCD evidence and exam provisions.
• Analyse assessment data to track progress and liaise with PreK-6 Learning Enrichment leadership for smooth transitions.
