Redeemer Lutheran College in Brisbane seeks an experienced Learning Enrichment Coordinator to lead inclusive practices across Years 7–12 and support a culture where every learner can access, participate and flourish. You will work with teachers, pastoral leaders, families and external specialists to embed inclusive education and evidence-based adjustments.

You’ll lead a dedicated team, coordinate interventions, EAL/D support, and NCCD processes, while championing belonging and high expectations

• Strong understanding of NCCD, Disability Standards for Education and related compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.

About the Role

The Learning Enrichment Coordinator provides strategic and operational leadership of the Years 7-12 Learning Enrichment program. You will lead a dedicated team while partnering closely with teachers, pastoral leaders, students, families and external specialists to ensure inclusive practices are embedded across the Senior School.

Full time permanent teaching position with a 3 year term of Position of Added Responsibility.

Your work will span educational adjustments, student support planning, intervention programs, gifted education, EAL/D support, NCCD processes and QCAA Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments (AARA). Most importantly, you will champion a culture of belonging where diversity is valued and every learner is supported to reach their potential.
