Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards these, will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Shape the tone, culture and educational experience for Years 7–12.
• Translate strategy into a cohesive student experience balancing academic rigour, wellbeing and delight in learning.
• Strengthen middle leadership and embed research-informed practice.
• Promote student voice and agency and inclusive pathways through adolescence.
• Develop others, mentor staff and model Christian faith in College purpose and community.
• Oversee Senior School operations, budgeting, compliance and child safety.
